What is payroll outsourcing?
Payroll outsourcing means a specialist runs your payroll for you: calculating gross-to-net pay, withholding personal income tax and social insurance, paying employees and filing the declarations. Nhân Kiệt does this for companies with their own entity in Vietnam through its Global Payroll service.
Can you pay independent contractors?
Yes. An independent contractor is a self-employed person paid against invoices under a service agreement. We can engage contractors for you through Contractor of Record, or streamline contracts and payments you manage yourself through Contractor Management.
What is an Employer of Record (EOR)?
An Employer of Record is a company that legally employs people on your behalf. It handles contracts, payroll, taxes, social insurance and compliance, while you manage the employee's day-to-day work. It lets you hire in a country without opening your own entity there.

How do you cover countries outside Vietnam?
In Vietnam we employ and pay people through our own entity. In other countries we work with vetted in-country partners, and Nhân Kiệt stays your single point of contact, contract and invoice.
What's the difference between EOR and PEO?
With EOR, we are the legal employer, so you don't need an entity. With a PEO, you have your own entity and share employer responsibilities with the PEO through co-employment. Our PEO service is available in the United States.
How is pricing structured?
Employer of Record in Vietnam costs 8% of gross salary, minimum USD 99 and maximum USD 199 per employee per month (7% for more than 10 hires, 6% for more than 30). Global EOR outside Vietnam is USD 199–699 per employee per month. Other services have a monthly fee per employee or contractor, quoted up front. Statutory costs such as social insurance are passed through at cost and shown line by line on your invoice.
